Try the pizza from the restaurant downstairs. it truly lives up to its reputation as the best in town!

absolutely not impressed. the room was filthy, with huge cobwebs, and the mattress was so thin that I could feel the springs digging in. I woudl ve been happy with just a simple room upgrade after all the trouble I had, but clearly, that’s too much to ask here. just couldn’t enjoy my stay.

The breakfast spread was decent, featuring fresh bread, fruits, and excellent coffee, making for a delightful start to the day.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was quite hectic as it coincided with busy restaurant hours, leaving me feeling a bit overwhelmed.

The location is a gem—just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Freshly made pizza at the restaurant was a highlight! Staff always greeted us with warm smiles and helpful tips. Jiji, especially, was wonderful, assisting with transportation schedules.

Our room was inconveniently located a few blocks away from the main building, making check-ins a hassle. The noise from the busy square made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the breakfast spread could have offered more variety.

We really enjoyed our visit to Cinque Terre, just a short train ride away. The kids loved the pizza at the restaurant, and having our two dogs along made it a memorable trip as well. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished there was a play area for them.

However, the breakfast selection was minimal, and the atmosphere felt chaotic, especially when the restaurant was closed during breakfast hours, leaving guests confused. Additionally, the wifi access was limited to the restaurant only, which made it inconvenient.

Just a good match for a brief pause in La Spezia with good value for money. The staff, especially Jiji, went out of her way to help with travel plans, making it a pleasant stay. Try the pizza at the restaurant. it’s fantastic!

The stay was magical! The property had everything we needed, two air conditioners for comfort, and the welcoming nature of the hosts made us feel right at home.
